A breathable linen outfit designed for Tai Chi, Qigong, and meditation practice. This two-piece set features a traditional buttoned top and loose-fitting trousers for comfortable movement.
In Eastern traditions, wearing natural fibers like linen helps the body regulate temperature during slow-moving practices. The loose cut allows for unrestricted flow of energy and ease of motion.
